Phillip Roush has been a licensed contractor # CBC1252301 in Hernando County since 1988. He and his wife, along with their children moved to Brooksville to further his career in construction and engineering. While serving in the military he obtained most of his engineering experience working with the Army Corp of Engineers. Now he brings that knowledge and expertise to the people of Spring Hill, Brooksville and the surrounding area.
